Payment Information
Once you have decided on the tours of your choice, please contact us at praguepg@aol.com. We will send you a "good faith" invoice. You can choose to pay all the services or just a deposit. The deposit amount will be posted on the invoice and is usually USD 50, USD 100 or less, depending on the volume of services. In case of reserving the "Join a Group" tour, the deposit is less with the rest due on the day of the tour directly to our partners, performing these tours and can be paid with a credit card or cash to them on the spot. In order to confirm your reservation, we will need at least the deposit. Thank you. Since our company works with a USA bank, the deposit is in US Dollars, not Euros. However, the amount will be deducted from your total due later in Euros.
We use PayPal, the internet payment company. Please visit them at www.paypal.com, in case you would like more information on the system. You can choose to pay with a credit card, have the money wired in or send in a check. The invoice will have all the instructions for those not yet familiar with this system. We have been quite happy with it and our clients have not reported any problems either. On the contrary, they report how easy it is to do. The deposit is non-refundable, should you choose to cancel, however, if you paid the entire amount, the rest will be promptly refunded.
We also accept Visa and Mastercard, however, since it is not possible for our guides to carry the credit card machine with them, should you want to pay with one of these cards, please use our secure credit card form to enter the information in advance of your tour/s.
The information will be encrypted and send to us. Please note, your receipt and credit card statement will be from our USA branch - Prague Private Guides, Islamorada, Florida - USA.
In case you paid only the deposit, or you have not given us the credit card information, the rest will be due in Prague in cash, either in USD, EUR or CZK (the local currency), paid to your guide directly.
