Dates are arrival in Prague, therefore, please adjust your flights accordingly. If coming from the USA, due to time difference, you must leave the USA a day before.

1. day – PRAGUE
Welcome to Prague and the Czech Republic. Your driver will pick you up at the Prague airport and take you to your centrally located hotel in Prague. Rest of your day is at leisure.
This evening, join all tour members as well as your Tour Manager at your “Welcome Dinner”. Your adventure begins.

2. day – PRAGUE – half day
After your included breakfast today and every day, your Tour Manager and vehicle of the right size will take you on your tour of Prague. Parts are still on foot since the oldest parts are not accessible to vehicles, and therefore we suggest comfortable walking shoes. You will see the Prague Castle courtyards and go inside the St. Vitus Cathedral, walk over the famous Charles Bridge founded in 1357 on July 9, at 5:31, the Jewish Quarter from the outside, Old Town Square, the Astronomical Clock, Wenceslas Square and much more. For the afternoon, may we suggest visiting the Jewish Quarter sites from the inside. They are open every day with the exception of Saturdays and Jewish Holidays. Your Tour Manager will be happy to help with more information and any further suggestions.
3. day – PRAGUE – optional tour to Cesky Krumlov
Today is at your leisure to explore on your own or take an optional tour to Cesky Krumlov, the second most beautiful town in the Czech Republic after Prague.

4. day – PRAGUE – VIENNA
Today you depart with your Tour Manager for Vienna, the capitol of Austria. Your scenic drive takes you through Moravia, the second of 3 Czech states (Bohemia, Moravia, Silesia). A lunch stop is made in the UNESCO Heritage town of Telc which boasts beautiful renaissance buildings dating back to the 16th and 17th century. Have some Moravian sausage or cabbage soup along with the local wine, all Moravian specialties. Arrive in Vienna in the early afternoon.
In the evening, join us on an optional tour of illuminated Vienna. The tour includes a spin on the famous Ferris Wheel, true “Wienerschnitzel” (breaded veal cutlet) and wine at a “Heuriger”, a typical restaurant in the entertainment part of Vienna.

5. day – VIENNA City Tour – half day
Beautiful Vienna awaits you today. Your private guide of Vienna will take you on a tour of this magnificent city. You will see the Ring Road with all it’s old buildings such as the Palace of Justice, the neo-gothic City Hall, the Votive Church, the Opera House, the Museum Quarter, the Hofburg – the winter residence of the Habsburgs, the shopping street Kaertnerstrasse, visit the St. Stevens Cathedral and much more. In the afternoon, visit one of the many museums, the Hofburg - the winter residence of the Habsburgs, enjoy a Sacher Torte at the famous Sacher Hotel or whatever you wish. Your Tour Manager will be happy to assist.
6. day – VIENNA City Tour - half day
Today is left for you to explore on your own. We will be happy to make suggestions or you can ask your local guide.
You can also take our optional tour to Schoenbrunn, the summer palace of the Habsburgs. It’s architecture and beautiful gardens are world famous.

7. day – VIENNA – BUDAPEST
Departing Vienna to Budapest, enjoy the pretty countryside, stopping for lunch in Gyoer, an old and picturesque city. Have lunch on the main square, perhaps taste the real “Goulash Soup” and rest up for the continuation of your journey. Arrive in Budapest, the capitol of Hungary, in the late afternoon and enjoy the evening in the city on the Danube.
8. day – BUDAPEST City Tour - half day
Your city tour today with a local guide includes a visit to the St. Stevens Cathedral as well as the Parliament – probably the most ornate building on your entire trip (a reservation will be made for you to go inside), the Jewish Quarter with it’s second largest synagogue in the world, after New York, the Fishermans Bastion and much more. Visiting the synagogue is possible during it’s opening hours (it’s closed during Sabbath – Saturdays and Jewish Holidays). In the afternoon, walk the famous Vaci Uta, the shopping street of Budapest or see the Church in the Wall. Your private guide will be happy to make further suggestions.

9. day – BUDAPEST Departure Transfer
A transfer is included to the Ferihegy airport of Budapest for your departure. It will be arranged according to your flights.
