Payment Information

Payment possibilities:

- credit card deposit and the rest in cash to your guide or directly to the venue
- credit card prepayment
- Paypal deposit and the rest in cash to your guide or directly to the venue
- in special cases when there is sufficient time, you can prepay into our American bank account (or German, or Austrian) with your check or transfer

In order to make a firm booking, we do require at least a guarantee with your credit card.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  Below is the secure form.  The information is encrypted and only our personnel has access to it.  It is erased from our server as soon as it is received.  Still, our site is checked regularly by professionals from our credit card gateways, making sure it's safe.  The Tour Code, which the form asks you for, is sent to you by email, once we know what you are ordering and for when.

We also use Paypal, the internet payment company.  Please visit them at www.paypal.com, in case you would like more information on the system. If you would prefer to pay with Paypal, we will send you the invoice for this.  The invoice will have all the instructions for those not yet familiar with it.  The deposit is non-refundable, should you choose to cancel, however, if you paid the entire amount, the rest will be promptly refunded.

By group tours that are paid with a credit card a bank fee of 2% will be charged.  This is valid only for group tours, not private tours.

For our American clients, it is cheaper for them to pay into an American gateway so if we know that you are using an American credit card, we use our American credit card gateway and your receipt and credit card statement will be from - Blanka M. Lukes, Islamorada, Florida - USA.

For others, it will be from our Czech credit card gateway and your statement will be from Prague PG, Prague, Czech Republic.

In case you paid only the deposit, the rest will be due in Prague in cash, either in USD, EUR or CZK (the local currency), paid to your guide directly.  your confirmation email will give you the exact amounts.  Your guide will not be able to take your credit card on the spot.

Cancellation policy:

·       You can cancel up to 7 days prior to your tours without any charges.  If you paid a deposit, the bank fee is deducted from the refund.

·       6-1 day prior to your tours, the cancellation fee is 50%

·       24 hours prior to your tours, the cancellation fee is 100%

For your private tours, a professional guide is reserved just for you.  He or she will not accept any other work since they will be looking forward to working with you.  On the group tours, a space is reserved only for you and is not available for sale.  We take your order very seriously and make sure you receive what you ordered.  Therefore, should you need to cancel, please do so at least 7 days prior to your tour so no charges incur.
