Petr Zidek

Petr was born in Prague and spent the first half of his life here.  He received a degree in civil engineering, after which he emigrated to Canada.  He spent most of his time in Western Canada as well as the state of Colorado, in the USA.  20 years later, he decided to return to his newly democratic country and reinvent himself as a dedicated guide and historian, specializing in Judaism.  He is sought after for his extensive knowledge of Prague’s historical and architectural monuments.  However, he does leave the city at times to pursue his other passions … nature, hiking and skiing.

He speaks English and Czech.
